Advanced Adventure Diver

Ready to expand your knowledge and diving abilities but would like to see what different diving is out there first, then the SDI Advanced Adventure Diver course is for you.

The SDI Advanced Adventure course will give you an overview of five different specialty courses. Deep Diver and Navigation Diver specialties are required then choose three other courses of interest to finish.

You can pick from:

  • Advanced Buoyancy Control

  • Boat Diver

  • Computer Nitrox Diver  

  • Drift Diver 

  • Marine Ecosystem Awareness

and many others to choose from.


  • SDI Open water scuba diver or Equivalent

  • minumum age 10 


Rescue Diver

The SDI Rescue Diver Course will develop your knowledge and skills to effectively rescue a diver or assist with a rescue. You will also gain the necessary first aid skills to help in the event of an emergency or prevent that emergency from happening.

You will learn skills such as :

  • self rescues, buddy rescues, recognize and calm potential panic divers. 

  • be able to administer proper first aid to divers that have experienced dive related injuries.

  • How to conduct effective search patterns and manage accident scenes.


Rescue is one of the most intense courses but its definitely the most rewarding!

First Response is your basic first aid course allowing you to assist in medical emergencies and take control in life threatening situations.

Some of the skills you will learn include:

  • preserving life until emergency services arrive

  • controlling high pressure situations and delegating responsibilities. 

  • treatment of sprain, cuts, stings abrasions, illness and any other injuries.

  • differences between care for adult, children and infants.

  • accident management 

  • use of an AED (automatic electronic defibrilator)
