A.C. Divers takes the following measures to ensure accessibility of acdivers:

  • Include accessibility as part of our mission statement.

  • Include accessibility throughout our internal policies.

  • Integrate accessibility into our procurement practices.

  • Appoint an accessibility officer and/or ombudsperson.

  • Provide continual accessibility training for our staff.

  • Assign clear accessibility goals and responsibilities.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. acdivers is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Payments To confirm a reservation, a deposit must be made either via the website or in person. We accept payments in cash in either Mexican Peso or US Dollar. We can accept card payments (visa or mastercard) however this has an additional fee of 5% and is charged in the local currency MXN pesos. For Mexican Peso Price the exchange rate is set in store on the day of your activity. For certified divers equipment rental is not included (BCD, Regs, Wetsuit, Fins and Mask). Full equipment rental is $15usd per day. Equipment damage or Loss. If any rental equipment is damaged or lost, the cost of repair/replacement will be the responsibility of the person renting the equipment. A. C. Divers or any other parties that we work with are not responsible for your personal equipment. Any lead weight lost on a dive will incur a fee based on the total amount lost. Cancellations If an activity is cancelled due to weather conditions and you are unable to reschedule to a different location or date then a full refund will be issued. The cancellation up to 24hours prior to the start date of the activity will result in a refund of any deposit paid. Failure to arrive at the time and date designated for the activity will result in no refund being issued. Diving Prerequesits All divers must hold a valid certification from a recognised training organisation and proof must be shown upon arrival. Divers will be required to fill out a medical release form and may subsequently require a medical release from a doctor. If a diver has not been diving within the past 12 months, a scuba refresh course will be required *additional fees apply. Proof of inwater activity may be required. Training Prerequisits All training prerequisits are set up by the governing training organisation and specific to each level of training. If you are unsure that you meet these prerequisits please contact us for more infomation for example minimum ages, number of logged dives, medical clearance etc.
